Rocky Valley is built on a small mountain with view on one of the most beautiful diving places between Hurghada and Marsa Alam - Abu Sawatir - our own house reef.

Groups
Organised groups such as dive schools, dive clubs and associations as well as the individual diver can enjoy themselves for an unforgettable diving holiday. We offer unique group arrangements especially for dive associations and dive schools or other organised groups. Contact us for our very attractive group prices!

Private dive camp for groups, we’ve got it!
Rocky Valley offers organized groups the possibility of hiring the entire camp. So there will be no other guests in the camp, during the rented period. Ideal if you want to be with your own group, really alone and enjoy all the privacy you were looking for. Instead of being at night alone in your hotel room, you can be sociable with the group and talk about the day, around the campfire. Be as a group all together but nevertheless all possibilities for sufficient privacy when you want to withdraw yourself. Could it be better? We scheduled 20 weeks per year for groups who are interested in our privacy concept. If your group prefers maximum privacy we advice you to book in an early stage to avoid disappointments. Individual divers
Individual divers can book our camp in the remaining periods. Contact us for available periods.

Facilities
The camp is provided with a restaurant, lounge, kitchen, toilets, showers and several relax areas with spectacular views over the Red Sea and the mountains of the dessert. In the middle of our camp there’s a large fireplace with spit-roaster. Here you can relax and have a nice barbeque under the beautiful clear sky, with all the bright stars, in the nice warm evenings. In the camp are bungalows and sanitary buildings with clean showers and toilets. The bungalows have a small terrace. When you are lucky sometimes you can even see animals which occur in the desert.

There are 2 big white tents which we also offer for sleeping accommodation. From the Bedouin sitting area, with soft pillows on the floor, you can easily dream away during a splendid sunrise or sunset. Relax with a real nice Egyptian "Sisha" (water pipe) with fresh smelling apple tobacco. Or try our delicious coffee, which, especially for you, will be prepared from roasted coffee beans, witch are roasted on our campfire.

The Mandarah
The restaurant and the Mandarah (sitting area) also have an excellent view over the sea. It’s an extra dimension when you enjoy your meal. Our kitchen offers delicious Egyptian meals such as fresh fish, fresh meat and a mixture of salads, original Bedouin meals, spaghetti and other delicious pastas. On request also vegetarian meals are served, prepared by our chef.
For relaxed entertainment during the evening hours there are card games, domino, chess-board, darts, backgammon, etc available. We also have a small library and art gallery.
